Session Schedule
2022 Summer CCD Session
Monday through Friday, June 20th - July 1st:
Monday through Friday, June 20th - July 1st:
- Drop-off begins at 7:30AM
- Classes begin at 8:00AM
- Daily schedule consists of:
- Instruction time – Daily curriculum
- Recess time – Organized outdoor games
- Music instruction – Choir directors teach songs & music
- Snack time – chips, crackers, cookies, etc.
- Pick-up begins at 12:05PM
Procedures
Car line tags
All parents will be given a car line tag to place on their rear-view mirror for pick-up, so that the child(ren) can be called and ready, and the line move more quickly. (See below for a map of the car line.) If you don’t have a car line tag, you will have to park and go into the Oustalet Center to check out your child. Please make sure the names of all who have permission to pick up your child were listed on the Pick-up Permissions section in the registration form. This will ensure the safety of each child. If you need to add someone to the permission list, please call the office. 774-2614.

Drop-off begins at 7:30 for parents to bring their children. The children will enter the main hall and begin their day promptly at 8:00AM.
Snack
A snack is provided daily for students around 10:00AM. A snack could consist of crackers, pretzels, cookies, etc. Classes rotate during snack times.
Pick-up
Dismissal will begin at 12:05PM. If your child needs to leave before 12:05PM, a parent with a car line tag should park and come into the Oustalet Center to sign out their child. You must have a car line tag to sign out your child. Please make sure the names of all who have permission to check out your child were listed on the Pick-up Permissions section in the registration form. This will ensure the safety of each child. (If you need to add someone to the permission list, please call the office. 774-2614.) If your child is old enough to leave by themselves at dismissal of classes, the appropriate permission should have been completed on the registration form.
Attendance
Students will be allowed only 2 absences for the Summer CCD Session. If a student is absent for more than two days and cannot pass their grade-level competency test, they will be required to do remedial work or they will have to repeat the grade at our next Summer CCD Session. The student may choose to attend CCD at another church in our Diocese if needed. We will need signed documentation from the pastor of that church stating they have completed the program.
